How long we keep information

Learner names, email addresses, unique IDs, course completion records, assessment results (where required), and training records will be retained for six years and then either deleted, anonymised, or archived as appropriate, in line with ICO guidelines and sector compliance requirements.  For more information on how long we store your personal information or the criteria we use to determine this please contact us using the details provided above.
